German pallet firm Cabka buying Packnlog

Plastic pallet supplier Cabka GmbH has purchased the business of Austrian rival Pack’nlog GmbH.

Weira-based Cabka said adding Linz, Austria-based Pack’nlog, which makes foldable boxes, will expand its range of material handling projects.

Terms were not disclosed. Franz Leisch, Pack’nlog’s former owner and CEO, will become Cabka’s chief sales officer for Europe.
