Quality Control & Assurance Department is strictly control and monitor all the dimensions and tolerances of the individual parts, accessories, and the molded parts. The QC Engineers and QC Technicians use the Co-ordinate Measuring Machine and other measuring devices to take measurements on all specified locations on the drawings, these processes to ensure that all the parts and accessories before and after assembled onto the mold should match with the specifications and requirements from our Engineering Department, and the molded plastic part will meet the expectation of the customers.
